The U.S. has been the chief accomplice to the genocide by providing the Israeli government with the weapons and diplomatic cover it needs to destroy Gaza and its people.
I do not understand the unhinged U.S. support for Israel's mass extermination campaign in the occupied territories. The explanations on offer (the power of the Israel lobby, the alleged strategic importance of a landed aircraft carrier known as Israel in the Middle East, the transnational security elite who are washing billions of U.S. dollars through Israel in another Forever War) do not explain the rabid enthusiasm on display in Congress for the mass-murderer-in-chief Netanyahu's recent address. The spectacle was sickening.
