The US will not engage in a serious rethinking of its policies towards Venezuela because of their failure or because of the hardships imposed on the citizens of Venezuela. The US may engage in rethinking, but rethinking a way to accomplish what it wanted to accomplish in the first place but in some other way that may succeed. Ask the Native Americans. Ask the Russians. Ask Iran. Ask Syria. Ask the Palestinians. Ask Africa. Ask Haiti. Ask Cuba. Ask. Ask. Ask.

The Guaido puppet government did nothing, except at the bidding of its American master.

This was presumably an attempt by the Biden regime to cozy up to Venezuela, presumably in an effort to get ita mitts on that oil.

Now, let's see whether stolen Venezuelan assets or gold are returned.

I rejoice that the "interim government" charade is finally and officially over! Imagine the strain relieved from our own borders if we didn't sanction our neighbors to the south into despair.
