Amnesty Israel—the local branch of the NGO—has already condemned / disowned the report. Not the findings of the investigation or the recommendations to western leadership, mind you, but just the stubborn use of that “G” word that will get them in hot water.

Apparently the local chapter can’t say that word in Israel or else they’ll be labeled as terrorists and their offices will subsequently be overrun with jack-booted thugs and shuttered. So they’re stuck with charades.

It is a flawed report, say some employees. “Clearly, right there on page 213, it confuses the inconsequential difference between an illegal outpost and an illegal settlement. And there are 2 slight mistranslations on page 67 from Hebrew to English of genocidal rants from a prominent MK. Clearly the report therefore must be rejected in its entirety.”

Meanwhile, here in super blue California the State Bar has announced a new litmus test for the moral character of wannabe attorneys, namely investigations of applicants who have participated in pro-Palestinian protests. But don't worry. The Calif. State Bar knows exactly where that line is that separates constitutionally protected speech and actionable heresy.

So many wonderful commentaries of why the USG should not be supporting Isreal yet both major parties keep the genocide going. Is the deep state waging this tail or both major parties. Or both? Cause the dog (us citizens) want this wagging to stop.
