Thank you for this article. I must, however, take issue with your categorical statement:
"Navalny is a Russian nationalist, as many others have said in the months since the Russian government tried to have him killed."
There is no evidence that the attempt was made by "the Russian government". Navalny has plenty of enemies in Russia capable of such an action.
A stark reminder - America is declining - someday we are going to need favors from the countries that we are crapping on now.
