The 'Quad' Can't Succeed

The non-American members of the “Quad” don’t want to be perceived as acting against China and they go to great lengths to conceal this.

Rajan Menon does a good job countering the hype about the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue, the so-called “Quad” made up of Japan, Australia, India, and the U.S.:
