Occupations and Double Standards

It is the hawkish and pro-settler support for occupation here that constitutes the real double standard.

Peter Beinart has written a good piece reflecting on the common “double standards” charge that is often leveled against people that focus their criticism on Israel’s illegal occupation and the Israeli government’s oppressive treatment of Palestinians in the occupied territories:
