Israeli Aggression and 'America First'

Kroenig’s friends and family have absolutely nothing to fear from Iran, and the same goes for everyone else in the United States.

Matt Kroenig offers up another reminder of how profoundly dishonest Iran hawks are:

Supporting strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities is an “America First” position. My family and friends in Missouri don’t want to live under the threat of an Iranian nuclear attack for the rest of their lives.

No one in the world lives under the threat of an Iranian nuclear attack because Iran has no nuclear weapons and it has no nuclear weapons program. Despite the best efforts of Iran hawks to goad Iran into building these weapons, Iran’s nuclear program remains peaceful for now. Even if Iran possessed a nuclear arsenal, it would not attack the U.S. with these weapons because doing so would be national suicide.

Kroenig’s friends and family have absolutely nothing to fear from Iran, and the same goes for everyone else in the United States. As usual, he is engaged in the most absurd threat inflation and fearmongering. Iran hawks have to lie about the threat from Iran to sell the aggressive policies they want, and that’s what Kroenig is doing here.
