Iran Hawks Really Want Their Own War of Aggression
Attacking Iran would be deranged at any time, but selling it as some sort of deterrent against aggression in other parts of the world is truly unhinged.
Iran hawks don’t know much, but they know they want war with Iran. Here is Josh Block demanding an unprovoked attack on Iran to “save the world”:
Putin’s war against Ukraine is far from Tehran. But if the Biden administration hopes to deter Russia in Ukraine, and its growing alliance with China and Iran, it needs to move decisively against Iran’s nuclear assets now.
Attacking Iran would be deranged at any time, but selling it as some sort of deterrent against aggression in other parts of the world is truly unhinged. The U.S. has no cause to attack Iran, and launching an attack would be criminal aggression no different from what Russia has done. Bombing Iran’s nuclear facilities when they have been at the negotiating table trying to revive a nonproliferation agreement that our government reneged on would be especially perfidious.
