A 'Liberation Day' of Arbitrary Tax Hikes
The trade war will leave disruption and destruction in its wake.
The president’s pointless trade war is set to escalate again tomorrow. Trump has dubbed it “Liberation Day,” which is a suitably Orwellian name for this terrible policy. Apparently Americans were groaning under the yoke of modest economic growth and relatively low unemployment, and now we will be freed from those burdens.
