The U.S. is still waging a war of criminal aggression against Iran.

The administration is lying that the war is over so that they can keep the war going:

The Trump administration is arguing that the war in Iran has already ended because of the ceasefire that began in early April, an interpretation that would allow the White House to avoid the need to seek congressional approval.

The only reason that administration officials are claiming that the war has ended is so that they can continue breaking the law with their ongoing military campaign. If the war were truly over, the U.S. wouldn’t be imposing a blockade on Iran. A blockade is undeniably an act of war, and as long as it remains in place the U.S. and Iran are in a state of war. The U.S. is still waging a war of criminal aggression against Iran, and the president is trampling on the Constitution every day that it continues.
